What We Collect

When you sign in with Google or LINE, we receive the necessary account-identification data provided by that platform, such as your name, email address, platform member ID, and sign-in status.

To provide the service, we also process your uploaded photos, generated results, saved work data, preview-binding records, anonymous session identifiers, credit-ledger data, order and payment status, download records, basic device and browser information, IP address, and necessary security logs.

2

Why We Use It

We use the data above only for member authentication, guest previews, preview binding, sticker generation, work storage, full sticker unlocks, payment reconciliation, support, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

The service may automatically analyze, transform, crop, compress, label, sort, or display the data and results you submit in order to complete processing, quality control, risk control, product improvement, and service showcase. We do not use the data arbitrarily beyond those purposes.

3

Third-Party Processors and Cross-Border Transfer

To support sign-in, payments, cloud storage, content delivery, AI image processing, notifications, security monitoring, error logging, and operations analysis, related data may be handled with assistance from Google, LINE, PayUni, cloud-storage services, infrastructure providers, AI model suppliers, and other commissioned processors according to their roles.

Some of those providers, systems, or support personnel may be located outside Taiwan. Your personal and content data may therefore be transferred, accessed, backed up, or processed across borders. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to such cross-border handling to the extent allowed by law.

4

Retention and Security

Uploaded photos, generated results, guest previews, showcase thumbnails, binding records, order information, credit-ledger data, and security logs are kept for a reasonable period based on service delivery, work storage, dispute handling, legal compliance, risk control, and operational needs. Guest previews and unbound data may be deleted, archived, or anonymized according to retention limits, capacity planning, campaign rules, or risk-control policy.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. But no network transmission, cloud storage, or information system can guarantee absolute security. If abnormal access, system risk, or a legally required event occurs, we may notify users, restrict access, remove content, or take other necessary measures as required by law or by actual need.

5

Your Rights

Where the law allows, you may request access, review, copies, supplementation, correction, suspension of collection, processing or use, or deletion. But where data involves credit-ledger records, mandatory retention duties, security audit needs, dispute handling, anti-fraud, abuse prevention, guest-preview ownership review, or other legally retainable records, the platform may refuse, delay, or limit part of the request as necessary.

If you ask to delete your account or data, some publicly displayed content, transaction records, payment-reconciliation records, system backups, audit logs, or other information that must be retained by law may not be removable immediately in full. To exercise your rights, use the contact channel provided through the service.
