Purchase Terms
The rules for buying, delivering, using, and refunding MiniMeOnline credits are below.
What You Buy
What you buy from the platform is credits, not a fixed number of sticker results, any guaranteed quality, a fixed style, or any promised level of satisfaction.
Platform credits are only for chibi, cartoon, or stylized sticker generation and related unlock use. They do not apply to photorealistic, lifelike, or real-person-style AI image generation services.
Credits are internal digital usage units of the platform and may only be used under the rules published by the platform at the relevant time for unlocking full sticker assets or other platform purposes expressly announced later.
Credit Delivery
Once payment is confirmed by the platform or the payment service actually processing the order, the corresponding credits are issued directly to the account signed in at the time of payment. Once the credits arrive, the digital content is treated as delivered.
MiniMeOnline sells platform credits. Buying credits is not directly tied to any specific sticker pack. After credits are added, whether to keep them, when to use them, and whether to spend them on unlocking generated stickers or creating new ones is entirely your decision; issued credits are delivered digital usage units, not a deferred service.
AI Output Risk and Your Judgment
Sticker output comes from AI models, algorithms, and automatic image-processing flows. Results may include distorted limbs, missing hands, feet, or fingers, invented clothing or accessories, facial errors, leftover backgrounds, incomplete cuts, or other unexpected defects.
The platform does not guarantee that any preview or unlocked result will be complete, flawless, match personal taste, fit commercial use, or meet any subjective standard of satisfaction. You must decide for yourself whether to buy credits and whether to spend them on any sticker set.
Refunds and Exceptions
Once credits are issued, refunds are generally not available, regardless of whether the credits are later used, partly used, left unused, or never used to unlock any sticker.
If payment fails, you are charged twice, or the platform confirms that payment was captured but credits were not issued successfully, you may contact support and the platform will review the transaction record. But once credits have been successfully issued to your account, refunds are not available merely because you are dissatisfied with AI output, feel the result is defective, or choose not to use the remaining credits later.
