Terms of Use

This service lets you upload photos, process AI images, view watermarked guest previews, sign in, bind previews, save work, unlock full sticker assets, and download digital files. If credits are enabled, payments are handled with PayUni support.

This service only generates chibi, cartoon, or stylized stickers. It does not provide photorealistic, lifelike, or deceptive real-person AI image generation.

The service delivers digital content only. There is no physical shipment, and results may vary based on photo quality, prompts, third-party models, or platform review rules.

Signed-out users may first receive one watermarked preview set. Previews are for evaluation only and do not include transparent production files, ZIP downloads, full asset access, or any other full-delivery rights.

Guest previews must be bound to an account within the stated retention period before they can continue to be managed in the library. If they are not bound, not unlocked, cleaned up by the system, or invalidated by risk controls, the platform may choose not to retain or restore them.

Download rights for full sticker assets arise only after unlock is completed. If you unlock with promotional credits, purchased credits, or admin-mode access granted by the platform, your available balance, eligibility, and permissions remain subject to these terms, payment status, system risk controls, and platform rules.

All intellectual property and related rights in the website, software, interface, brand assets, design, workflows, data structures, platform materials, and any content not supplied by users belong to this platform or its licensors. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, reverse engineer, or use them beyond what the law permits.

For upload materials and generated results that you are legally entitled to provide, you retain rights to the extent allowed by law, except for the licenses needed for display, processing, storage, operation, and legal compliance under these terms. AI-generated output may resemble other content and may also be limited by third-party model terms, platform policies, review rules, or law. We do not guarantee exclusivity, registrability, sublicensability, or suitability for any specific commercial use.

You must ensure that any photos, images, text, or other content you upload, capture, reuse, or otherwise submit are lawfully authorized, do not infringe copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, personal-data, or other rights, and do not involve illegal, obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited content.

You also represent and warrant that you have all rights, consents, permissions, authorizations, and legal approvals needed for the uploaded materials, prompts, portraits, names, trademarks, text, and all other input, and that you may grant the platform permission to process, generate, store, and display them under these terms.

If any upload, capture, reuse, or submission you provide involves infringement, illegality, insufficient authorization, usage restrictions, or other rights defects, you are solely responsible for any third-party claim, complaint, demand, investigation, penalty, takedown request, or legal dispute, including the resulting loss, cost, and liability.

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, impersonating, harassing, abusive, disruptive, restriction-bypassing, rights-infringing, or otherwise improper conduct. If you do, the company may restrict sign-in, refuse generation, remove content, suspend orders, delete data, or terminate service.

To show service quality, product output, and platform examples, you agree that the platform may publicly display, reproduce, thumbnail, crop, watermark, and lay out stickers, main images, icons, thumbnails, and excerpted versions generated through the service across the platform, official site, product pages, social media, marketing materials, or other interfaces related to the service.

This showcase license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited to uses reasonably required for operation, presentation, and promotion of the service. Once you use the service and submit a generation request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this display arrangement, and that this consent is one condition of using the service.

You also represent that you hold sufficient rights in the upload materials and generated output to grant that permission. If you do not agree to platform display of your generated results, do not use the service. Outside those display, promotion, and operation purposes, this clause does not by itself give the platform any separate right to sell or sublicense your materials or results.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero defects, zero malware, permanent retention, complete satisfaction, or the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, consistency, downloadability, or commercial usability of any generated output.

If the platform reasonably believes there is infringement, illegality, dispute, abuse, plagiarism, fraud, security risk, payment risk, third-party complaint, legal demand, or any other risk, it may refuse requests, stop processing, review, restrict access, remove, delist, delete content, or suspend or terminate some or all of the service without prior notice.

To the extent allowed by law, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, profit, goodwill, data-loss, or other damages. You are responsible for any third-party claim, investigation, penalty, loss, expense, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your uploads, generated content, use of the service, or breach of these terms, and you must hold the platform and its personnel harmless.

Credits are internal digital usage units of this service and may be used for platform-designated purposes such as unlocking full sticker assets. What you buy from the platform is credits themselves, not any guaranteed sticker result, fixed style consistency, satisfaction promise, or full-output commitment.

After successful payment, the system credits the purchased balance directly to the account signed in at the time of payment. Once credits are issued, the digital content is treated as delivered, and the credits are treated as delivered digital usage units rather than a deferred service. Unless law requires otherwise or the platform agrees in writing, delivered, used, expired, invalidated, or otherwise completed credits cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or refunded.

The platform may issue referral sign-up bonuses, daily-login bonuses, compensation credits, or other promotional credits under campaign rules. Promotional credits may carry retention periods, usage limits, eligibility rules, issuance caps, clawback conditions, or cancellation conditions, and may be consumed before paid credits.

AI sticker output is produced through models, algorithms, automatic cutting, and image-processing flows. Results may include distorted limbs, missing fingers or extremities, incorrect clothing or accessories, leftover backgrounds, misplaced text, fabricated details, incomplete output, or other mismatches. Whether to buy credits and whether to spend them on a specific sticker set is your own decision and risk.

If you initiate a full sticker unlock and the platform ultimately cannot complete delivery, enablement, or downloadable access, the platform may release or return unsettled reserved credits according to system records. But no return is guaranteed if you breached the terms, triggered risk controls, had account issues, were involved in a disputed transaction, or chose to spend credits after reviewing AI-generated output yourself.

The platform may change service content, features, model suppliers, pricing, credit rules, storage periods, display methods, and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance.
